Multi-Cultural Missions (MCM) began in 1996 when Andrew and Tiffany Bucksot were sent to the nation of Mexico to begin a Global Impact ministry. Since that time, the Bucksots have traveled to many nations of the world, equipping people in learning how they can reach their maximum potential in life by discovering who they were created to be. - Planted a church in 1997. Turned over to National couple in 2001 – Xochimilco
- Planted a church in 2004. Turned over to National couple in 2006 – University zone, southern Mexico City
- Established the INM which currently supports and equips leaders in over 15 nations
- Planted a church in 2007 in Southern Cuernavaca - Unidad Morelos
- Offer support, councel and resourses to multiple churches & ministries world wide
- Equip leaders to enhance and increase their effectiveness in life, family and profession or ministry
