MCM is a Global Leadership Organization that positions leaders to become more effective in life, marriage and ministry. Relation based coaching and mentoring, Inspiring Conferences and quality printed and recorded materials are the three main strategies to the MCM international vision. These three work together to build and establish strong local leaders who are more prepared to act globally to help others reach higher levels of impact with their own lives. International Network of Ministries (INM)INM leaders desire to unite those who share a like-minded vision to establish God's kingdom throughout the nations of the world. IMN's responsibility to each ministry is to offer Biblical council, provide quality materials, and also to be a ministry committed to honest, integral and truthful relationships. Those who are affiliated with the INM do so voluntarily. They are committed to live free from offense, be people of honesty, integrity and truth. (H.I.T. - the three core values) These faithful ministers and leaders are MCM's global leadership partners who organize and host global leadership conference in their home nation. Global Conferences & Leadership Material MCM is a source of resources to those who desire to increase their own level of effectiveness as leaders to also better prepare others. MCM teams travel year round to aid in equipping people in the areas of leadership, strategic planning and unity. The ministry also provides practical and useful material as part of the ongoing maturation process. Global Conferences are designed to help to leader through integrity and teach them how to empower emerging leaders to achieve greatness.
