Andrew & Tiffany Bucksot, Ministerial Founders

Andrew and Tiffany Bucksot have been ministering the gospel since the late 1980's.  Tiffany is a graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in communication and broadcasting, and also attended two years of Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, OK and finished her missions preparations at the Victory World Missions Training Center in Tulsa, under Victory Christian Center with Pastor Billy Joe Daugherty.  She has traveled and served in such countries as Cuba, Guatemala, and other Latin nations since the early 1990's. 

Andrew is a graduate of Trinity Bible College Deerfield, IL with a B.A. degree in Cross-cultural Communications.  He received his Doctorate of  Ministry from Phoenix University of Theology.  He has been in full-time ministry since 1990.  He has ministered as a Next Generation Pastor, Senior Pastor, Global Leader and Leadership Equipper. He has ministered several nations over the past 20 years of ministry.

Andrews' ministerial style is motivating and revelatory.  He is co-founder, along with his wife Tiffany of MCM and also INM, an International Network of Ministries which has presence in various nations  throughout the world to equip local leaders for greater global impact.  Maximum Potential, is another ministry which they have started in the nation of Mexico, along with Alance Mundial Christiano which is a network of churches, which are dedicated to prepare leaders for the end-time harvest. 

They have established both Bible and Leadership schools in several different nations within Latin America, Africa and India.  Their heart is to be a source of resources and relationships to leaders around the world to help them become more effective in life, family and profession or ministry. 

Apostolic Ministry

The Bucksots have started churches in Mexico and have aided in the founding of several other churches and ministries throughout Latin America.  They equip and prepare leaders for the work of the ministry.  Their greatest passion is unity within the body of Christ.  They host conferences, which equip leaders how to mature spiritually, develop soullessly and grow naturally.  Their life message  is, "People Reaching Their Maximum Potential".

The International Network of Ministries, which the Bucksots founded in 2005 has helped to aid and support ministries in several nations and three continents.  This Network is designed to unify ministries and supply recourses to ministers with the purpose of expanding the kingdom of God and joining together people and ministries of like-minded vision, who desire to establish God's kingdome.
